• Promote the provision of meals to be appreciated for its organoleptic and nutritional value with a safety and health guarantee supported by HACCP, a food safety system
• Be attentive to market requirements regarding the changing expectations of the customers, identifying new areas of business and permanent technological update
• Promote the continuous development of its employees by providing them with the necessary training, resources and authority to perform their duties according to the defined performance standard
• Create mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, enhancing the ability of both parties to create value.
